Narrabri Men’s Shed members enjoyed a hands on experience with some of the vehicles from their heyday last week.
The Namoi Valley Antique Vehicle Club dropped into the Men’s Shed with two of their vehicles.
One was club member Ken Coates’ red 1966 Ford Thunderbird, a machine most Men’s shedders were probably not too acquainted with, and the other was more familiar, president Ray Johnson’s 1952 English Fargo truck.
The car club has about 60 members from Narrabri, Wee Waa and Burren Junction and sets off on regular outings.
“This time it was a visit to the Men’s Shed”said member Ken Nobilo.
