The Crossing Theatre was inundated on Saturday night, with hundreds of people turning out to see The Misfits perform on stage.
The band, consisting of former Narrabri locals, reunited for the first time since 1997, with members now living in Brisbane, the NSW south coast and England.
The event also featured performances by Narrabri bands; the Three Legged Pig Dogs and Hand of Hearts.
The Crossing Theatre’s manager, Trent Bruinsma, said the support of the community was overwhelming.
“It was a great night, with almost 400 people attending,” he said, adding that the response meant extra staff had to be brought in.
“There were 250 tickets sold on the night which was a great result for the local artists who performed, but also provided operational obstacles for the venue in relation to staffing and stock levels.”
Mr Bruinsma said everyone who attended had a wonderful time.
“It was great to see so many people enjoying themselves at The Crossing Theatre,” he said.
